TERMS OF SERVICE

General Writing
· I reserve the right to revoke your permission of using my work if it is misused in any way.
· I reserve the right to refuse work if you are disrespectful or I am uncomfortable with your request.
· TAT on average is 1-4 weeks. This time may increase or decrease depending on the length of the piece and my availability.
· Clients will have two free revisions during the draft approval. Beyond that, the client may be charged additionally for further changes.Privacy and Data Protection
· All commission info during the process will remain private between us.
· Any works may be used as a portfolio example unless requested otherwise.Payments
· For commissions under $200, payment must be made upfront before any work is started.
· For commissions over $200, a 50-50 or custom payment plan may be discussed with the client.
· Payments are made through PayPal and Ko-fi only.Refunds & Cancellation
· Refunds are not permitted after payment has been made. The client may cancel at anytime before payment is made.
· A refund may only be provided in the event I am unable to complete your request, oftentimes only in case of an emergency.Commercial & General Use
· Any creative works must not be:
     · Used for commercial reasons unless purchased license.
     · Given to / to train AI.
     · Resold in any capacity.
     · Altered without consulting me first.
     · Claimed as your own.
     · Posted without proper credits if SFW.
     · Posted under any circumstances if NSFW.Other Notices
· Any fandom characters belong to their respective owners, I only create fan works based on them.

PRICES

Story Writing (SFW) : 3¢/word
A fleshed out story based on the details that you provide. Delivered to client in PDF form. for personal use only unless purchased license.
Character Letter : $15
Written in the form of a letter from a canon character of the clients choice. Usually for yumes but is not required.
Editing & Proofreading : $5/page
Assisting with fixing typos, spelling issues, grammatical errors, sentence structure, etc.
ADDITIONAL FEES
..NSFW : +$15.. switch from sfw to nsfw. does not include blood/gore.
..Research : +$10.. request includes a fandom we are unfamiliar with.
..Rush (2 Weeks) : +25%.. order will be completely within two weeks. for requests 2k words or under only.
..Rush (1 Week) : +50%.. order will be completely within a week. for requests 2k words or under only.
..Commercial License : +75%.. commercial usage permitted for client. not allowed for nsfw works.
